Clickwrap: terms shown and accepted by clicking I agree (enforceable). Shrinkwrap: terms inside the box, accepted by keeping the product after a chance to return it (courts split). Browsewrap: terms linked somewhere on the page with no required act (unenforceable unless the user had reasonable notice; Specht).
