attorney-client privilege (in-house)
Confidential communications between the company and its lawyer for the purpose of obtaining legal advice are protected from disclosure; for in-house lawyers the fight is usually over whether the advice was legal or business, who in the company may speak for the client, and whether copying the lawyer on an email makes it privileged (it does not).

ExamplesEjemplos
- Label the email privileged, keep the lawyer's advice separate from the business discussion, and limit the recipients.
